Instructions on the right of revocation
If you are a consumer and if you have acquired the goods by using means of telecommunications (such as by letter,
catalogue, email, or Internet), you have a right of revocation in accordance with the provisions below:
Right of revocation
You may revoke your contractual declaration within a period of two weeks in text form (such as by letter,
facsimile transmission, or email), or by returning the product, without stating the reasons therefor. The time limit
commences not earlier than upon the receipt of these instructions. The sending of the revocation or the product in

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the performances mutually received, and the benefits derived
(if any) (such as interest), shall be returned. If you fail to return to us the performance received in whole
or in part, or return it in a deteriorated condition only, you might be obliged to render to us compensation for value.
This does not apply in the case of the surrender of objects, if the deterioration of the object is exclusively attributable to its inspection - as would have been possible for you to do, for example, in a shop. You can avoid the duty to render compensation for value, if you refrain from using the object as your property and from doing anything that impairs its value. Objects capable of being sent as a parcel shall be sent back. You must bear the cost of the return shipment, if the product delivered is the same as the product ordered and the price of the product to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or, in the event of a higher price of the product, if you have not yet rendered the consideration, or a contractually agreed part-payment, respectively, at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you. Objects not capable of being sent as a parcel will be picked up at your domicile. Any obligation to reimburse payments must be fulfilled by you within 30 days from the sending of your declaration of revocation.
Special notes
Your right of revocation lapses prematurely, if your contract partner has commenced with the performance of the service prior to the expiry of the revocation period with your express consent or if you have caused such performance yourself (such as by a download etc.).
